Our NGO is guiding farmers in Nuapada on effective seed bed preparation for Ragi (finger millet), a crucial step to ensure healthy crop establishment. The process includes selecting well-drained land, loosening the soil thoroughly, and enriching it with organic compost or liquid manure. Raised seed beds are prepared to support optimal germination and protect seedlings from waterlogging. Through hands-on training and demonstrations, we empower farmers to adopt best practices for resilient and productive Ragi cultivation.
